Important Testing Information for All Students and their Families!
As you know, the Washington County Board of Education passed a motion that leaves all K-12 students on a full virtual schedule through Friday, January 8. In order to better serve our students we need to conduct our typical mid-year benchmark assessments. Therefore, the Board will allow us to bring students back in the building to conduct these assessments in person. To limit the number of students in the building at a time, the district has developed the following schedule:
December 10 - Kindergarten and First Grade
December 11 - Second and Third Grade
December 14 - Fourth and Fifth Grade
December 15 - Sixth and Seventh Grade
December 16 - Eighth Grade
These days will be full in-person learning days for each designated grade level. Buses will run their normal routes and our car rider line will operate as usual. Our school day will be from 8:30-3:30, with doors opening at 8:00. We will offer free breakfast and lunch to all students who attend. Masks will be required for all students attending on these days.
As always, I appreciate your continued support of Gray School. If you have any questions contact me at email@example.com or by phone at 423-477-1640.
